Old diet recipes-hype or sound logic

With so many fad diets and new information on health comes out every day, how someone Wade through all the hype to discover some simple strategies and recipes just plain meaning? First of all, we must start with some basics.

· The human body for fuel?
· How we have evolved to meet this need?
· What has changed in the world around us over time, those changes in diet, and health?

The human body needs a lot of energy, growth, longevity, and build the immune system can fight unwanted invasion. Countless centuries, people have all these needs of the natural world around them. And it only consume foods that are offered and provided by nature itself. It thrived on hunting wild game, collecting fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, roots, stems, and leaves of plants. About one third of the game and fish consumption, and the other two thirds plant food.

Throughout human history, until about 10,000 years ago, our forefathers Paleolithic consume only foods that have been tailored to better their metabolism. This too is affected by cystic fibrosis, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease combined.

It is a modern version of diet on our ancestral Paleolithic diet just a bunch of hype, or is it really logical meaning? Sweeping changes in food talk on agriculture, but our genes haven't changed quickly. We are still similar in 99.99% of our ancestors gather installation. Still require our same high protein diet, low carbohydrate diets. Genetically we are equipped to deal with high carbohydrate diet, low-protein in modern times.
