In this period Paleolithic history, they are very healthy. In most cases had their brains than ours were generally taller than we are, and they were more physical than most non-athletes today.

Most scientists agree that diet which raised health and vitality was quite different from newer than Westerners, although genetically we are 99.99% similar. About one third of the food they ate wild game and fish were hunted, and two thirds balance derived from berries, seeds, watermelons, nuts, bulbs, roots, stalks, leaves and flowers collected. Meat and fish gave them essential fatty acids and protein, meat containing approximately 65 per cent of energy consumption.

Domesticated livestock feed grain, we eat today is quite different from our grandparents ate wild game, where the local cattle in average about 30 per cent of total fat, and fat in place and less than 10 per cent of the total average for wild game. In addition, local meat from grain-fed animals mostly saturated fat, instead of a higher proportion of polyunsaturated fats in wild game. This means that we now have four times less than Omega-3 fatty acids from our ancestors hunter gatherer, and about 1.5 times less fat. Needs a certain amount of human body and the quality of some fat. Vitamins a, e and k, for example, cannot be absorbed without it.

Nuts and seeds and other vegetable oils fatty acids of old ancestral diet berries and fresh fruit gave them complex carbohydrates and other nutrients. A large part of their diet consists of bulbs of vegetables and plants-flowers, stalks, leaves, and roots. These were all consumed fresh and raw, which gave them the greatest use of content-rich nutrients and greatly benefited the immune system.

Small grains and seeds, while around the ground to powder and never cooked for consumption during the Paleolithic period. That comes only with the advent of agriculture and the domestication of animals, and two main things which formed the beginning of the Neolithic period. These things also started our journey to mechanical processing of grain and other foodstuffs, add pasteurized dairy products, food and our high consumption of sugar, carbohydrates. Ultimately, these factors, among other things, what modern people paid to cardiac cancer and diabetes and celiac disease arthritis and other diseases obesity many "civilized".

At the end of day one thing, and diet of our Paleolithic remains diet best suited our metabolism. We have prospered for centuries countless consuming things that were available in its natural form, and our need to maintain health and vitality remain unchanged.
